Part 4/10:
Mix in 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, ½ tablespoon of blackstrap molasses, and a blend of warming spices: 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, ½ teaspoon of ground ginger, a pinch each of nutmeg and ground cloves.
Whisk until everything is well combined and heated through.
Divide this spiced espresso among mugs.
Adding the Milk:
Heat 1½ cups of plant-based milk (barista oat or soy milk recommended) until hot and slightly frothy.
Pour into the mugs over the espresso mixture.
Top with vegan whipped cream and crushed gingerbread cookies for added flavor and festive presentation.
