Adding fresh blueberries and sliced strawberries delivers a burst of flavor and color. However, the recipe is adaptable: peaches, nectarines, mango, or frozen berries work equally well, making this dish endlessly customizable based on seasonal availability.
Baking and Serving
The mixture is poured into a greased baking dish and baked until the top is lightly golden—about 35 to 40 minutes at 350°F (180°C). Once cooled slightly, it's ready to serve, topped with additional fruit, dollops of plant-based yogurt, a drizzle of nut butter or syrup, or even a sprinkle of hemp seeds.
