The sandwiches are assembled on toasted whole wheat baguettes, spread with vegan mayonnaise and Sriracha, layered with tofu, cucumber, pickled carrots, and cilantro, and topped with sliced chili peppers. Optional hoisin sauce adds extra flavor.
