It is important to note that Vision goes inline with execution. As you visualize what you want your project to be like you plan how to execute it as well together.
3/6 Having Clear Goals
Lack of clear goals is clearly daunting and a determent to achieve a vision. The goal becomes formidable to achieve and when this happens the vision will become blurry in other words, more difficult to achieve.
4/6 Lack of effective communication.
A problem that can crash a project is lack of effective communication between project partners or between an employee and an employer. Effective communication give rise to achieving the set goals.
5/6 Leading by example
Leading by example might be seen as not so important, but it is very necessary to handle and lead your project with care. Lead with hardwork and resilience following through with your goal.
6/6 Share Ideas with team members.
It is necessary to allow your team members share ideas with you and advice you when the need arises. Brainstorm and come up with the best ways to achieve your goals.
