RE: Hive Communities Analysis | December 2020 | Communities Created, Top Communities by Subs, Activity and HP Weight

in LeoFinance3 years ago

What it is interesting is the correlation between the total hp, activity and subscribers. I like that leofinance.io is on top of most with a good mix, between HP, activity and users.

Most communities that are dependent on a single account for upvotes, like OCD with it's 4 mil HP, does not have that activity, mainly because it is centralized.

Where is crypto there are gamers, this is a fact and this communities will strive more and more, same as photography. I think we have more travel and sports communities, as they would also have made into top10 if there would be a single one.

It is good that there are many,as people will follow with interest what they like. If it is natural, this community will grow, like a normal site, which is not focused on rewards, like quora or reddit.

Thanks for the analysis!

Yea the best mix is to have more members with higher HP that are supporting that community. We still need to grow those to get there .... that would be ideal. OCD are supporting a lot of communities as well, like a startup ...

More like a VC fund :)

We are on a good track, the numbers are showing it. Focus shall be to bring new members from outside. This will boost the engagement. Bringing people from reddit for example is good, as they are more for the community in there, not rewards.
