2/5🧵I personally find stores, restaurants, cafés, and bar very challenging to opera, due to a lot of factors, such as low profit, cashflow issues, and so on.
3/5🧵I like more the conservative production business, where I got experience in. Nowadays, I'm also looking into software production.
4/5🧵I've tried both types and see that in the one in the point 3, the risks are much lower, if the business is setup well.
