I have a list that needs to fit:

no communist country
growth in the past 5 years
company shall be present in the next 25 years
company shall have some kind of innovation (either tech, supply chain, distribution,etc)
market leaders or near the top spot

Some examples: McDonald's, Coca-Cola, Microsoft, Apple, Amazon, Daikin.
