It is very important that before investing in any token you understand its chart and know its project. Fundamental and technical analysis are both very important for choosing the right coin or token. If these things are not kept in mind then good token projects like #BRO and good coins like #KDA collapse and later only regret is left. That is why it is emphasized to invest in those tokens who have strong fundamentals and also their with proper technical analysis.
A famous saying that prevention is better than cure. If you choose good tokens from the beginning then surely in the short or long term they will give you good profit. In todays post I will tell you about the fundamental and technical analysis of #Colony and #Script tokens.
Both of these tokens are native tokens of the #arcadecolony project. They are gaming tokens that usually attract gamers. Whoever plays #arcadecolony games already knows these tokens and whoever does not play will learn from my post today.
First let me talk about the fundamentals of these tokens. #arcadecolony is a gaming hub where 4 games are currently available to play. These include #Splinterlands, #Stakehouseden, #MoonKarts, and GenesisLeagueGoals. These 4 games are interconnected and run on the base of these two tokens.
In the Hive ecosystem as long as these 4 games continue running the demand for these two tokens will also remain. The good thing is that these four games are becoming famous now which clearly shows the strength of this project. Besides this the support of #hive-engine is also with this project which makes it even stronger.
Remember that in this era the gaming sector is performing well. Maybe in the bull run the gaming sector will outperform. So keeping all this in mind both these tokens look strong and taking a little risk in them will not be wrong.
Now lets talk about technical analysis. what is the current price of #Colony and #Script, what is their market cap, how many tokens are staked and what is the volume? How far can they go in the future and which time is best for buying?
Colony Token Data Analysis
Total supply is 335.57M, total liquid tokens are 227M, total staked tokens are 105.9M. Circulation supply is 105M which shows that still 200M tokens can come into buying until the total supply is reached. This means right now 30% is staked and 70% is in circulation. If circulation supply reaches 335.57M then the price can go up to $0.01 which is a very good gain.
Script Token Data Analysis
Total supply is 538,621, total liquid is 522,076, total staked is 16,545. Circulation supply is also very high at 522,076. If this token reaches its total supply then its price can go above $0.1. Again this token also has good price gain potential.
The only thing missing right now is volume. Until both of these tokens get good volume their prices will not rise. #Colony has good volume right now but #Script has almost no volume. It looks to me that #Colony has better future growth potential than #Script.
But it is better to take a small risk amount in both tokens and try your luck. This is the fundamental and technical analysis of both tokens. This analysis is based on my knowledge and research and it is possible that I may be wrong. So before investing do your own proper analysis and research.
