RE: The new Cosmos Whitepaper.

The two big wins in my skimming of it are ATOM as security and ATOM as reserve currency. Securing other IBC chains and rewarding stakers is fairly bullish for the token in my opinion. The reserve currency can also be huge especially if one (or many) algo stable projects takes off... (COMDEX or KUJI that I am aware of). Could lock up a ton of ATOM in the process.

No project is without controversy, I hope decisions are made thinking about the longevity and success of the project.

Yeah, the shared security plans have been discussed for ages. I'm really looking forward to it coming to life.

ATOM as the reserve currency is a good angle, works well for ETH and with all the interchain activity, as you say it could be very bullish.

I will admit that I can't really wrap my head around the new concepts yet - Allocator and Scheduler. Will probably have to read more and dig to see the value prop of these.

All in all, I think it is a step in the right direction. The temporary increase in inflation, all going to a treasury fund is the controversial component. Most of the rest of it seems fairly well accepted.

Thanks for your input.
