Exactly, yet it would be more decentralised and ethical using a DAO type structure without Proof of Stake (which can benefit the rich), but instead a unique type of Proof of Contribution which benefits anyone who adds value to the DAO.

I've got no problem with the rich benefiting as long as their contributions match their rewards.
Well yes, of course. But in the case of the system to which i refer, you can't buy voting power, which leads to better decentralization.
I'm going to have to check it out. Where can I find Matrix?
