This can be partially modeled with classical mechanics. As LS's holdings get larger though, and presuming the value of LEO increases, the amount of additional value input to drive the price higher will increase substantially.

Yes. Conversely the more they have staked though that should function like value inertia, IE harder for it to shift down. I imagine they will have to do some experimentation and assessment for the right sized liquidity pools on the various chains.
