Today in this video I have talked about the one news update that is in trend right now. grayscale is one of the biggest asset management companies and they applied for ETF in June 2022 but the application was rejected and there was a lawsuit by SEC that the company has won. this is the bigger update and surely good for the crypto community because now we can expect some positive news for Blackrock ETF which we are expecting to get some updates at the beginning of the new year.
Just after this news was shared on social media the market momentum was good and we have seen the prices going up just after this positive news. The Crypto market is not in good sentiments these days but this news made things better However it is not so big but still I believe that in this market any positive news can bring a positive impact so we cannot ignore such news updates.
Before this, we were hearing a lot about the leading exchange named Binance. That seemed to be a rumour, not the real news because the exchange is operating as usual and there is no impact on their native coin BNB which is also doing well. it is hard to say that this was something that created a lot of uncertainty in the market because people were worried about the exchange because if something went wrong then people would have to go through that of time.
After the FTX exchange, we have seen a lot of situations even during the news which is not real and are kind of rumour but some people get worried. This type of update is also planted from time to time and this is not the first time we have seen such things happening in these markets so if you are a long-term player then start ignoring but yes it is also important to safeguard your funds. a hardware wallet is the best option to go far because no matter what happens in the market you will always have custody of your coins and in this market, one line is very popular not your key, not your coins.
I try to keep a tab on the market news because I believe it is important for us to keep ourselves updated and even sometimes good or bad news is available so we can plan things accordingly. There can also be some rumours so we need not worry about that instead we just need to stay cool and do whatever we want because not everything can be true and not everything can also be false so it is always good to do our research and rely on something reliable before taking any action which can affect our profits or loss in this market.

Whatever decision has been taken by the decision panel of the Columbia Court is not going to be affected yet, because once the issue of grayscale proposal will definitely be reviewed in the court. As stated in court, the US Securities and Exchange Commission should have approved the creation of a spot bitcoin exchange-traded fund. The judge panel currently believes that ETFs and spot bitcoin ETFs should have detailed interpretation, which it could not do.
What you say is right and I think this is a good start that we hope to impact with the outcome with BlackRock ETF. It's not sure by the way but may be something good cns be done by the authorities with that. Let's hope for the best
