Without a doubt. NFT is the best way to assign ownership of digital assets. That is going to be huge as we move towards the Metaverse.
There is some mania right now but do not mistake the technology and what it presents to humanity going forward.

Yes NFT will be here to stay. The digital aspects gives ton of flexibility and it also gives you many different models you can do on top of it. Such as game items being relevant in different game universes.

There are a lot of use cases already and who knows how many more will come.
