אבל מעל הכל מביכים הציטוטים ה"עמוקים" כמו למשל "אף אחד לא עוזב מקום עבודה אלא עוזבים מנהל". לפחות מבחינתי מדובר בקשקוש.

עזבתי בחיי כמה מקומות עבודה וזה אף פעם לא היה קשור לאנשים. זה תמיד היה בגלל הרצון להתקדם

ולפעמים כדי להתקדם הייתי צריך לעזוב קולגות יקרים ומנהלות ומנהלים טובים ומוכשרים. ותמיד היה החשש שבמקום הבא לא תהיה לי מנהלת כזאת טובה או מנהל כזה מבין או כזה שנותן לי ללמוד ולהתפתח.
