This overvaluation has always been there in the art world. NFTs are just bringing it mainstream. It is more the legend that builds up around the piece that brings the value. It is more an investment that you will find a bigger idiot to buy from you. Let them at it as it is helping a whole group of artists monetize their work in a more democratic way.
