Most of the curators accounts you see in top 10 is delegation accounts .that means many users have delegated to them for returns or because they can't curate .
But there are few like Richard and onealfa who have bought POB , staked them and curated to earn more .
I personally haven't invested any into POB. I don't think it is possible to be in top 10 or 20 without buying right now ( without delegation) .
My curation account got delegation because I pay them every week with greater returns than their own curation APR .

That's how we actually get more rewards on Hive . I am telling you , there are a lot of stuff which people are totally unaware of and they don't even ask anything about it .
One best way to earn more is to know more about how everything works and what's the pattern of earning .
