Have changed the Promotion Bot script .
Right now , it not only recognizes direct LeoFinance links but also those in the format [ ]() too .
If you guys find any problems please let me know :)

That is very nice. Can a post be promoted twice? I recall seeing it happen a few times before.

It has happened before? It shouldn't be.
It checks if @amr008.leo has commented or not. If it has ,then it won't promote again.
