There's a lot 10000$ would give you back in multiple. It just how you run the business. To cut my story short. The businesses i would love to invest in if not cryptocurrency are; Real estate, Crop farm and solar energy source
For houses and possibly industries.

Solar energy source - that's amazing . Here in my country those who install solar panels ( overhead ) will get subsidy . Good choices.

Good question!

I'm not very experienced with investments but I'll take a stab at it

1 - Real Estate funds, because they can be a good source of passive income where I live
2 - BTC because I believe it's still has a long way to go
3 - HIVE for the same reason

Well 1 and 3 would be same for me too but 2. I will go with Gold/silver as I believe they are evergreen.

Real Estate seems to be everyone's favorite.

I guess I never really thought about investing in gold/silver before I joined LeoFinance. But a lot of people here talk about it so I guess I should look into it!

1. HIVE, BTC and other cryptos: Good store of value and way to gain money
2. Physical Gold/Silver: No matter what, I think its a good store of value. After the market manipulation is over and technology using up some of the supply, the prices will remain stable or soar.
3. Some land where I can build some houses. I think owning some land outside the cities and then renting them out to people would be nice. You would get a nice income and at the same time, less trouble since I own the land. Maybe having a farm where I have my own crops and animals would be nice.

1. I agree . Gold and silver will be in my top 3 too always .

2. I think everyone will choose Real estate ;p
