That is exactly it and I'm often reminded by a mentor of mine that it won't stay like this forever, things change, the pendulum swings.

The only constant is change and it does not hurt. Only resistance to change hurt.
If you dont like what the markets are doing, wait a bit. They will change direction at some point.
