I think this was removed because of some updates but I agree with your point that we should not depend upon web 2 instead we need to start building on web 3. It may take time but if we start now then we are on the right path. Web2 is loosing it's charm day by day and in next few years this should also be visible. Web3 is in its early stage but this adoption will grow more in the coming years..
