I am quite glad to say that since joining this platform, I have never gone for power down and always kept on powering up. I recall joining the HIVE platform in late September 2021, after leaving my bank job at the time. In June 2021, I quit the banking sector to establish my own car purchasing and selling business.
STARTING A NEW BUSINESS WITH NO EXPERIENCE
I was quite nervous about starting this new business because I had no experience doing this type of work and I had suffered since quitting my bank position. Those who have quit their jobs in order to do business better understand how difficult it is to be at home and wondering what to do to earn a nice living.
The good news for me is that I have some money that was given to me by my father, for which I am quite grateful. My father gave me about RS 35 lac Pakistani rupees, which is about $12,000 USD. That was the amount that helped me establish my new business and whatever other work that I could do to make ends meet.
I was unsure what to do with those money, and I was also cautious of investing them wisely because I didn't have any other money to invest. This large sum provided to me by my father was valuable to me, and it took me about two months to consider good investment strategies.
During this time, I looked for better online earning jobs that may potentially help me earn money. I was looking for where I learned about the Hive platform, so I did a lot of research and read a lot of articles about its earning method and how you can earn money with it.
It was more interesting to me because it was the hard-fork of steemit, and the way it worked was nearly identical. I should mention that I quit Steemit in 2019 after joining in 2017. I left since I did not find this website attractive for making money. What makes me dislike Steemit is that there was a lot of vote cycling and only friends of friends were earning.

FINDING SUCCESS ON HIVE
People that publish excellent content are not rewarded unless they use the bid bot system or have some good friends with enough steem power to vote. Anyway, I left the platform and went into banking in 2019, and after three years of service, I left banking to join HIVE and the car buying and selling business.
I discovered a few interesting things in the HIVE ecosystem and decided to spend some money to see how it works and how much support it receives. As a result, I began contributing to this platform by investing and writing contents. To be hoest, I began receiving curious upvotes and discovered many helpful people, particularly in the Ecency community, which is very appreciated.
I interact with people who are encouraging and endeavour to learn as much as possible about rules and regulations. I began participating in several contests and gradually discovered that my account was improving and that I was now receiving some money on a monthly basis. The good news is that I never go for power down, and what I earn on a weekly basis keeps me powered up.
I also don't like to power down because you won't be able to develop your wallet again if you do. But may God protect us from difficult financial days, which will force me to power down to meet my needs. Money must be available for bad days, and I request GOD's protection to those days.
This is an overview of my business ideas and the ups and downs of my job throughout this time period. This is an attempt on my part to share my experience and motivate others. There are times when someone is motivated after learning about someone else's difficult life and winning conditions.
