There is a lot of volatility in the crypto market especially in this cycle. Very strange movements are being seen. Sometimes the price of Bitcoin was at $125K but now it has come down to $85K. Such a huge pump and dump happened in only 2 weeks which shows that in this cycle crypto is showing unexpected movements. Anything can happen in this market.
Those investors and traders who are using the futures market or using leverage in trading must have faced big losses by now. Because those who shorted got liquidated when Bitcoin went to $125K and those who longed also got liquidated when BTC suddenly fell to $85K. Millions of dollars being liquidated in just few weeks.
In such a situation trading in the futures market is extremely risky. But my strategy works very well in this kind of situation. As I have told you I create all types of bot trading setups and connect them with different strategies. I sell them at a very low price and they work very well for traders. You can take your trade and handle it with the help of bot.
My strategy is very simple but extremely profitable. I and my two uncles designed one bot 2 months ago. We gave the bot instructions that when we take a trade the bot must take 30 consecutive trades. The bot will do it like this skipping 5, it will long the top 15 gainers and short the top 15 losers.
It will long the top 15 gainers because they follow the market trend and short the top 15 losers because that is also according to the trend. What is the benefit of doing this? This creates an index where profit and risk stay minimized. Meaning each coin keeps canceling the other one out. But when the overall index goes into profit then at that time you must close the trade and book profit.
The second method is to set TP and SL individually for each coin. Set 5% stoploss for all coins and 5% trailing take profit. This works like this when any coin gives a 5% loss the trade will close in that coin. And when it hits 5% TP trailing will start. Meaning if the coin is trending and gives more profit the trailing will move upward by 1% and you will book more profit.
For example in this situation if 18 coins hit SL and 12 coins hit TP and out of 12 coins some coins go higher because of trailing then overall you still get huge profit. This is the best part of this strategy where it gives profit in every market situation.
Similarly, keeping this strategy in mind you can also use layering. Meaning divide your capital into 3 parts and watch the index. On every 1% move of the overall index you keep adding layers. And whenever a layer gives profit you close that layer.
This is a very easy strategy where the win rate is high. As much as I have tested the win rate is 80–85%. Keeping this strategy in mind you can use both methods for trading. If you want this bot I am ready to sell it at a low price. It took me a week to build this bot.
