Here are the current DeFi and Farming stats I track in EOS DeFi Land

Mining is still going strong, but with pairs I'm not too fond of.

Mining DOP is still going full force, with DOP/EOS and DMD/EOS for me.

dEOS/EOS will be a great farmer too, especially since this means very little permanent losses.
