I'm no trader and I have thin knowledge about these things but I think it's the right time to invest in LUNA and you did the right thing buying some.

I wouldn't say that this is the right time to purchase LUNA. I'm just gambling and wouldn't advise that to anyone. But if you afford to lose whatever you are investing, no harm. You can give it a try. I did for 20$ but I wouldn't bother if that 20$ is lost.
Binance was handy for me. I bought the LUNA there from a BUSD pair.
