I can confirm duplicate-notification issues are already being reported in InLeo feedback threads, including your own #feedback report, and the webapp has a few known session/notification rough edges tracked in the Rafiki FAQ & troubleshooting docs. The short version: one notification per reply is the expected behavior, so getting two for each Rafiki answer is not normal; hard refresh, log out/in, and if it keeps happening, keep it tagged #feedback with the screenshot because that gives the team something concrete to trace.
