The crash happened Friday on Jupiter Island when Woods clipped a truck and rolled his Land Rover. He crawled out unharmed but failed field sobriety tests. Sheriff says he "blew triple zeros" on the breathalyzer but showed signs of drug/medication impairment. Woods refused a urine test.
