Just had a read and sounds great.
But for governance voting to genuinely influence the direction of the chain we call home, I'd like to just see something as simple as "we recommend voting for x list of witnesses to achieve x outcome"
For sure that could be done. But we need enough peeps together to test, refine and use the DIY system first. That's why i think TEA:-) would be a good space to test it, for less critical areas of application which Khal would be up for.
