Muterra is a retro-style RPG game on Hive. The game development is going on and mostly the game will be ready before the end of this year and it will become the new sensation on Hive blockchain. In order to support the game development and other financial activities, we are doing pre-sales and have started distributing the game assets. People who joined our discord server during the early days also received promo cards.
The current pack sale is for the location of Maldives. This is the second sale that we are doing. The first sale happened on Hive and it was 9000 packs this sale is happening on WAX and this time it is 5000 packs. In between the gap, we also did a pre-booking of 4000 packs. The remaining 2000 packs were kept aside for the rewards and promotion activities. The current sale is only on WAX and that too is only for WAX users. The reason is that when we started the game initially, many users from the WAX side were interested and wanted to purchase packs and assets on WAX and trade them on WAX.
We came up with this sale exclusively for WAX users. It doesn't mean that Hive users shouldn't be purchasing the packs but yeah the preference is WAX users. The last time we did the pre-sale on Hive, 9000 packs were sold out in less than 1 hour. The main reason was also that it was a discounted sale but we noticed that people were interested and wanted to invest. Next, when the pre-booking happened, all the packs were booked in just one day.
This time it is a little over 1 day but I think we are almost there already. The last 1000 packs are still remaining. While having conversations with some people, I was able to understand that people from the Hive ecosystem also wanted to purchase packs but they are not familiar with WAX or they are not comfortable with WAX. I would say that the last 1000 packs are the final opportunity to purchase the packs because the MALDIVES packs will not be sold again in the future. There will be new packs and new regions in the future.
I personally bought 100 packs for myself in the last sale. But I'm not sure if I would be opening those packs or just saving them for the future. Currently, the price of each pack is 5$ and after the sale is over, maybe it will also pump when people try to purchase from the market directly. Many people also see this as a trading opportunity. But as the number of packs is very less, the demand might be high if the number of players keeps increasing. People who bought it early will have greater benefits. The Mutee values will also go high based on high demand. These are all just my predictions. You can do your own research before investing.
