You can't jump above the sky, even if you have legs as powerful as a grasshopper's. Don't try.
But not having the ability and not trying to do so are two different concepts, one on each side of consciousness and the other on the other.
For starters, you could try not to jump above the sky when, for example, you're riding the subway.
