Thank you for your great comment! The fact is that most of the icebreakers are a legacy of tsarist Russia, and the Soviet Union (all union republics), which began to obsess over today's Russia. And, the icebreaker fleet, cannot be considered a merit, the same Russia, after all, most of the icebreakers were built at English and Scottish shipyards, under different names and, as a result, were acquired by Tsarist Russia, or, the USSR.
