Interaction is a very important part of Hive. I'm not one of those that can post daily, over three years and I only have made a post every day of the week three times, on the other hand I think I have only missed not commenting at least once 3 times or so in that same time frame.
It was the Curation and engagement league that first got me tracking my progress, I didn't need to do any work, it was done by Asher, but it led me to making and tracking myself more closely.
