RE: After Paid

The only way to do so, is not to engage

We have all seen. or used to see news stories about Boycotts, they were big through the 70's-90's. Granted I do not watch TV news or TV in general very much in the last 15 years. People have short attention spans, the excitement goes out after 3 or 4 days of support.

Fifteen years ago I boycotted, (stopped buying their products), the electronics division of a company all over the returning of a battery. Customer service was to put it bluntly...shit.

People need to learn to stand and be counted, and not in a line to serve someone else but to serve themselves.

Boycotts seem very much out of fashion now. I wonder if it is because we are disconnected from each other, we no longer need to prove ourselves to our peers. Online, we can virtue signal without having to actually do anything, since no one knows us anyway...

That and the organizations/companies that would be boycott targets have simply paid to not have it wide spreads. They simply give google and youtube and facebook money to make the story go away. There use to be a lot of facebook revolutionaries, now just FB fake face virtue signalers like you said.
