Happiness has to do with the sense of contentment joy and once overall well-being happiness does not mean wealth or poverty because financial achievement sometimes do not bring through happiness and also happiness varies from one person to another what makes you happy with definitely be different from what makes me happy so The pursuit of happiness is a dedicated journey that involves a holistic approach.

To be happy it is very important to understand the nature of happiness because happiness is more than the joy one can experience in just a moment and also happiness is not constant because it has to do with our emotions so when One understand that happiness is not constant that will help you to be positive coping with life challenges not allowing life challenges to take away the overall joy in you.
