It's December 25, and hopefully, you've woken up to the excitement of your kids wanting to unwrap their gifts. Don't worry. I am currently spending time with my children and not on the computer. If you follow my other posts, I have mentioned how I schedule my posts ahead of time. I try and schedule a post to go out each day, even Christmas day (today is the 13th for me, hello from the past).
I mean, what a year. It felt like 2022 just disappeared, and it was a bit of a terrible year, to be honest. Inflation, central banks hiking interest rates, the cost of living crisis, Russia invading Ukraine, and a cryptocurrency nuclear winter (thanks to FTX and others).
Christmas is about coming together. I know it has been commercialised by brands, greeting card companies and a slew of others that benefit from the indulgence of Christmas. Still, no matter what your year looks like, I hope Christmas provides you the peace and tranquillity to forget it all, even for one day. Soon it will be 2023, and I am hopeful things will improve.
