They will adapt or they will disappear, but I have the feeling that they will join the crypto rush at some point. If you cannot beat them, you join them and I think this is what will happen with the big tech. They will downsize, they will lose most of their revenues, but I think that they will make it on the other side as they have the $ power to do so... Although anyone from crypto space would love for some new dapps to take their place for good.

The challenge I see is their business model will not translate over. It is going to be tough for them to apply a crypto layer unless they are willing to rework their business model.
To do that without upsetting Wall Street could be tough. That would require another layer on top of equity value which would still have the control outside the hands of token holders.
