I mean, look, there's other people who've written very, very good analyses of Russian propaganda without working in the television industry. So Arkady Ostrofsky's brilliant The Invention of Russia covers the 1990s, and the role that media and TV played in securing this new model of power. Andrew Wilson has written a great book called Virtual Politics, all about that as well. So it clearly didn't have to to write about this.
