recovery. Well, what does back to work mean? Well, you would have labor forces forced back to work. You had police escorts bringing buses of migrant workers from the countryside into factories in the Rust Belt in order to get factories up and running. You had executives slowly returning from working remotely. You had lights going on. You had factories conveyor belts turning on, but you didn't have anything happening. Output wasn't happening. You weren't seeing any of the internal metrics getting better. Firms themselves were reporting to us that their workforces were coming back and their lights were going on, but they weren't doing anything. I think that's what people were missing early on. They were obsessed with the idea of getting back to work without realizing that getting back to work doesn't mean anything if you're not doing anything when you get there.
