I don't remember who, for some reason, I have it in my mind connected with Richard Branson and Virgin, but it was the idea to put Wi-Fi into airplanes because, okay, you're going to spend six hours. Would I rather have six hours in a flight with nothing to do? Or would I rather have seven hours on the flight on Wi-Fi? That's a big question. And so that's an innovation that has to do with the experience, right? Right. Richard Branson is the master of taking something completely standard and then tweaking two, three experience buttons that completely changes the experience. So an airplane becomes a nightclub or whatever it is, just by changing the lights. Oh, man. Yeah. And he does the cheapest things with the most massive impact really well.
