What do you think the strategy here is for the Iranians and how do you think that this plays out, the likely scenarios in which this plays out? So starting points matter in sort of trying to understand what any actor is doing. Obviously, we can say, well, when did it start? But let's look at what's happening in the current moment and try to understand what is the Iranian imperative.
