I thought it's resets at certain amount of power-up. But restore after that is the same - true, true.

I mean if you dont vote too much it restores to 100% in 24h anyway. Just when i sometimes vote a bit too much on too many posts the vote power goes below 60-50% then it takes already i think 2 days to restore to 100%.
