there is very little we can actually do to celebrate - I believe you did enormously a lot :)

Regarding stress. Try doing the following if you are not doing it already. It helped me a lot and even stopped panic attacks after certain stressful life events. Looks like a too simple thing to do to work, but essentially it's all about biochemistry.

Vitamin C in large quantities (you can not overdose it basically). Vitamin C abolishes secretion of cortisol in. Cortisol is a hormone released bin response to stress.

Seriously, try it. It was a life saver for me after trying so many much more complex solutions. For some reason no qualified medical staff ever told it to me. So lame. But i have noticed that after drinking apple juice i was feeling much better. The apple juice i drank was pressed from the apples growing in my garden, so i am not sure if one from grocery store would help.

Only later on i started connecting the dots and reading up on it. Mhmmm... now when i think about it i should make a post about it, since increasing number of people that i know are having panic attacks.

Sort:

Hey, I will actually try that, as I used to do it as a teen - I actually got injections for it from a doctor and it helped, although it didn't help much with the issues I had at the time :)

Oh, you do not actually need injections of C. It is perfectly soluble in water and any excess is derived from your system easily, unless you gastronomic acids are very high. The secret here is consistency since you can not build it up for the future use. And ofc there is no such thing as a magic pill. Vitamin C will not eliminate stress and the cause of increased Cortisol levels:))) If you get rid of causality you will simply need less C :) But before you remove causality itself, C will help a lot. try it, it does not do any harm :)

Oh, you do not actually need injections of C.

No, but the doses I was taking at the time I did :D It wasn't for stress.

I get it mate. I hope all is well now. C has many uses under it's belt :)

since increasing number of people that i know are having panic attacks.

I forgot to add - I have noticed this too and the reactions to recent events are quite varied and for many, their own reactions are unexpected. Life's exploration.

As i said, all is relatively simple yet very complicated as it is biochemistry :) All the **** that is happening = Prolonged stress = increased cortisol levels = physical fatigue and cause of depression. C simply suppresses secretion of cortisol.

It's a shame that medical community is so focused on stuffing people with much stronger medical substances too early where in early and mild cases this would be a perfectly viable solution. I guess it's business since C is way too cheap.

perfectly viable solution

Generally these don't bring in patents and revenue streams :D

You've said it all :)

Vitamin C abolishes secretion of cortisol in. Cortisol is a hormone released bin response to stress.

Interesting! I'm gonna take a note on that.

Please do. You can do google search C + Cortisol. Quite a few medical studies on the topic. Looks solid and definitely worked for me. But you should be taking at least 1000 mg a day.
