Hive, DeFi, Polygon, Binance What's Going On?
There's a lot going on in the Hive space as of late and with the hybrid of other chains now interacting with many of these projects it can be hard to keep up with it all. This post will give you a general overview of what is currently going on here on LEOFinance and Hive along with some upcoming announcements so you can be sure you're ready for it!
The DeFi Space
When it comes to DeFi LeoFinance has the head of the pack with the launch of CUB. CUB has been around for over a year now and while it doesn't really move much in price it's proved to be somewhat stable in price over the last few months. At the moment holding CUB in any of the following three places CUB Kingdoms, CUB-BUSD Farm or CUB-BNB Farm will earn you some PolyCUB airdrop tokens which is currently going on for 60 days. We are coming up on day 14 of those 60 days which means there's still plenty of time to get in on the airdrop.
PolyCub launches just under two weeks ago and introduces a number of new aspects to the DeFi space. Many of these platforms call it DeFi 2.0 and one of the most interesting aspects of Polycub is xPolyCub
How do these two tie into hive you might be wondering?
It's because of the LEO token which can be wrapped to be used on the Polygon network as pLEO and Binance as bLEO which can be added to farms.
Hive also introduced some DeFi aspects itself in the form of Diesel pools. By providing liquidity to some of these pools you can earn rewards in the form of many tokens. You also earn a small portion of the fees collected from swaps that happen within these pools making it a rather lucrative platform.
Future Projects Coming Soon
Tomorrow we should be in for our first claim of 12 for the video platform 3spk. These tokens to be claimed are the Larynx tokens which are mining tokens for the 3speak platform. The exact way as to how they will be used is laid out however until you are hands on with any of these things there are many unknowns. Expect a new article from me come Sunday/Monday about how to claim and what options you have with these tokens.
Fast forward a bit and we will have the release of a new NFT game here on Hive which seems to be shaping up rather well! That game is called MuTerra I'm unsure on how the gameplay will be but currently there is some staging server currently which I'm going to try and jump in on and get a feel for the game. So far the cards look pretty awesome and soon we will be able to take some early access artwork and convert it into tamers which are characters that tame the creators. It should shape up to be a rather cool game and I think it will do well.
We also have other games that I don't know time frames on which will be Ragnarok which will have the same airdrop snapshot as 3speaks snapshot so I expect it to be soon since the claim for that one will be happening tomorrow.
We also have the LVL token and the PsyberX team which is working on a FPS with some crypto elements in it for Play2earn. They put their comparison to Fortnite type gameplay with play2earn elements and that's what got me in to supporting it. Will be interesting to see this one come to life.

I’m looking forward to that post about how to claim larynx tokens. As I don’t use a desktop regularly, I’m quite curious to know if it is possible to claim the tokens on mobile somehow.
I hate using my laptop for anything other than poker. I would also like to claim on mobile if possible

A crazy space in which are all happening to be invested into and with it, we discover more and more that the management of all our assets is becoming more and more complex. Hope we can keep up with all of them and find ways to improve the time and efficiency of handling each project and asset.

Clearly, the Hive ecosystem is expanding and a lot is going on within. One has to stay updated to avoid missing out.
I plan on getting some extra CUB tokens to increase my stake in the Cub farm
