Exactly, if you don't have good interactive content and people engaging with your stuff on a regular bases and getting views etc then it really doesn't matter how much money you put out there.

For me, utility. Stuff to do like answer polls, read good content from other people and upvote and comment on it. Have a better chance of being seen.

yep that being "seen" part is what's greatly missing so far.
