That's what I'm leaning towards as well it has to be both and just adding Binance in. But so far from what I've read it seems like a full move which is confusing me. I'm going to dig into it more today.

Uniswap has already lost a great deal of market share by being Ethereum exclusive. At least CUB and POLYCIB should be planning for bigger and better expansion.
