Ah yeah you pretty much used up a vast majority of your resources already over half of them so you ate through about 60-70 hive worth of power up by commenting, voting etc. Every action cost resources and the only way to get more each day is to power up more hive. Mainly your RC here but also the Hive and LEO are you vote values. You replenish 20% Hive and LEO each day. As for your resource credits those you normally don't have to worry much about.

Alright...so I have to either generate more or rest my account for a while.
Mainly you just need more hive :) So I'd focus on stacking that a bit more and powering it up. It takes a little time but interact in a good way and produce some great articles over time it will happen. I've been at this for like 8 years.
