The new law in my country, regulating cryptocurrencies, obliges us to a very cumbersome bureaucracy, impossible to be fulfilled in an environment like hive, where plenty of tokens rise in a monthly or weekly basis: the new law compels us to take on account every single swap, if the swap lets us earn even half of a cent, considering our national currency. We must take on account the value of the tokens before and after the swap, converted in our national FIAT currency and prepare a monthly tax report based on swaps. Donations of cryptos follow the same rule. That's because we must pay the 15% of monthly taxes even on 0,05 when we earn. So I must be aware I can only swap in a loss mode or equal value mode to avoid such impossible cumbersome bureaucracy.
