You could add Amazon/Twitch to that list they have been getting hammered recently due to the way they have been treating their content creators.
One of the things I really like is allowing apps and companies to use other payment integrations instead of just the in app one. To me that system such as Google play and Apply playstores are a monopoly with how they operate. Sure I understand taking a cut because they are using their platform but you shouldn't be obligated to only use theirs otherwise you get kicked off to me that's a big BS flag.
I also believe people have gotten sick of working for the man only to have the man screw you. No more pensions, really no more 401ks, stupid high costs on medical among many things. These companies have gone to shit and people are getting sick of it. They most likely wont change though instead they will be eventually replaced hopefully by something better and I'm hopeful it will be heavily crypto/tech related and a decentralized manner.
Well these companies are attached to the legacy monetary system which speaks for itself. Some business axioms stand the test of time namely that the customer is always right. Unfortunately big tech isn’t listening. So they will be replaced. :)

Yeah the South Korean decision to allow developers to use other pay systems is huge. Hopefully that will spread globally.
