I've seen many many many people talk about strategies and how this signal is greater then another ... bla bla bla bla...
However until you've fully tested it using backtesting tools, you really wont be able to say.
Here was one of my tests on a strategy which was recommended to me based on "scalping" in a 5min time frame. I've plugged in the numbers .. did the backtest. It turned out to be a 99.98% negative pnl.
SO yea !! Don't believe all these "trading guru" until you've fully tested the strategy.

exactly .. however its fun to try out strats and debunk fake ones
