RE: Get Rid of the CONVERGENT CURVE ASAP

in LeoFinance5 years ago

Regarding the hivetips proposal, if you followed it closely enough (which few do, so I can see why you might have missed it), their actual plan at this point is to use a far smaller amount. However, they'd probably be better off canceling their old proposal and putting up a new one, if they actually hope to get it funded, since most people just look at those numbers and go "WTF?!". Anyways, my vote alone is far from being enough to vote it in, regardless.

I recently decided to vote on two marketing-style proposals (this one and qwoyn's): both are somewhat flawed, but mostly it's me signaling I'm willing to support marketing proposals, since there seems to be a general opinion among some people that stakeholders aren't willing to do so.

Sort:

Yeah I'm pretty triggered right now.
Lot's going on.
Sayin crazy things.
Losing thousands of dollars trying to trade the market...
You know how it is :D

Honestly the whole proposal thing was supposed to be an afterthought.
This was supposed to be about the convergent curve.

Regarding the convergent curve, it doesn't generally seem to be very popular. I've never looked into it much myself (i.e. read the code), but the justification for it always seemed weak.

Anyways, when we look into changing the window code, I'd already planned to also investigate the convergent curve and potentially dropping it. It was very briefly discussed in the comments when I talked about HF25 plans (or at least I thought it was).

Look at that I upvoted you 100% but now you only get 27 cents instead of 54 cents.
I blame the convergent curve :D

2k a day can be used in a more efficient way IMO.
