Passenger Car BEVs
The adoption of BEVs in the passenger car segment has demonstrated steady year-over-year increases. The BEV share rose from 0.3% in Q1 2020 to 3.4% in Q4 2024.

BEV Market Trends by Vehicle Type
1. Buses
The BEV share in the bus category has grown significantly, reaching 3.65% in Q3 2024, up from 2.91% in Q3 2023. This reflects ongoing efforts to electrify public transportation.
2. Vans
BEV adoption among vans has increased steadily, though more slowly than buses, with a share of 2.32% in Q3 2024, compared to 2.05% in Q3 2023.
3. Trucks
Trucks continue to show the slowest progress in BEV adoption, with a penetration rate of 0.07% in Q3 2024, unchanged over the prior three quarters. Incremental growth has been observed since 2020.
